Alpha Iota publishes a quarterly newsletter called the NOTEBOOK which is sent to members containing news from district meetings, chapter highlights, news from Heartspring and articles of general interest.

A bulletin is sent to chapters regularly. It is an internal communication from the international board to the chapters pertaining to policies, procedures and upcoming events.
